Chi-fa is a modern interpretation of Chino-Peruvian cuisine. Derived from its Chinese etymologic roots and with heavy Peruvian influences, the Chi-Fa identity features a playful yet modern aesthetic that seamlessly blends the traditions and flavors of the Chinese and Peruvian cultures.
