Founded in 2021 by restauranteur Edward Bitar and led by Gabriel Rickman, Pegasus Greek Cuisine integrates the distinct flavors of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean ingredients for an authentic, classical, and charismatic online food ordering and delivery experience.

Pegasus Greek Cuisine celebrates the rich history, legacy, and simplicity of traditional Greek food. Greek cooking grew from those who may have had little materially, but who were wealthy in imagination and creativity, creating fresh, seasonal dishes, prepared from scratch.

  • We were challenged with developing a new identity for this authentic, classical, and charismatic online food ordering and delivery experience.

  • We sought to honor their power, spirit, and imagination with our playful interpretation of the great pegasus.
