Peruvian with an Asian kick.

Founded in 2010 by Aliosha Stern, Suviche began its humble origins at a small outpost in Brickell, Miami’s financial district. From there, a phenomenon took off with sushi meeting ceviche on a Japanese-Peruvian menu served in a buzzy, casual eatery. With six locations and growing, Suviche integrates the distinct flavors of Peruvian cuisine and ceviche with Japanese Sushi along with original handcrafted cocktails.

Levie provided strategy, branding, and identity design along with stationery, signage, menus, and other key touchpoints to deliver a cohesive, vibrant and modern identity for Suviche to reposition its brand as a playful and vibrant choice for locals and travelers alike.
